Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain and promote Pintwire Broadband services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding broadband plans, installation, and technical support.
• Provide accurate information about plans, offers, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the team about customer needs, preferences, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in broadband or telecom).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of internet services and broadband technology.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
